Are you ready to read this month’s amazing stories that have been sent in throughout the month of November for our writing challenge The Edge of The Page?
As always, the response we’ve gotten from our most creative readers has left amazed and wowed us and we can’t wait to share with all of you the stories we received this month with the theme of December: winter celebrations. And while we wait for the best stories to be published on our site, and for the following end-of-the-month collection, we’re ready to announce January’s theme which we hope will bring with it a new year full of hope and creativity!
Well then, are you ready to once again put yourselves to the test and show us your passion, your creativity, your abilities and ideas? If your answer was a loud Yes!, send us your stories so that our team can evaluate and choose the best four that will be published on the Vampire’s Tears website over the month of January!
These are still the rules:
In the following paragraphs, you’ll find the theme you need to follow, in all its shades and shapes, as inspiration for your work.
Once you’re done writing your story, you can send it to our editorial staff through the form below.
- The story can’t exceed 3500 words.
- The events of the story and the characters used must be completely original, hence not inspired by already known and existing stories.
- Fanfiction is, therefore, not allowed.
- The author retains all the rights of the material they send and will be able to use it again in the future.
- HAVE FUN AND BE CREATIVE!
This month we want to ask you to join us in welcoming a brand new year with a story based on the concept of New Beginning! As usual, our writers will have full freedom of approaching the theme in any and all of the most creative ways they see fit without any limit to a genre to use for the story you’ll be sending us. For our part, we’re ready and thrilled to read your new and exciting stories!
As has become a habit for The Edge of the Page, the four stories that our team will like the most will be published weekly for the entire month of January and then, together with every other story we’ll receive, they will be collected in a browsable magazine that will be shared with you all at the end of the month.
Are you ready to send us your stories? We’re definitely ready for them! Join the challenge right now and send us the stories that will be published in January through the form above by December 30.
As we already mentioned before, this month too you’ll be free to explore any and all genres you’d like to use to approach the month’s theme of New Beginning.
We can’t wait to dive into the fruits of your wonderful creativity!
Happy writing, everyone.
